Luke Joeckel has already added 10-12 Lbs this offseason

Quote:That's just wrong? Why, because you say so? Bowanko himself said, when asked what he's doing this offseason, that he is in the weight-room every day working on getting stronger and making it a priority to eat a lot more. He is trying to get bigger and stronger. Whoops, he should've talked to you first I guess. He's like 6'6" and lanky. Adding 15-20 lbs isn't going to make him slow if he does it gradually. Add 10 lbs this year, play at 310, and in a year or two slowly build up to 320. It's not like he's going to be sitting on his couch eating McDonalds and go from 300 to 320 in one off-season.
