A labrum fix is highly sensitive and can hamper one significantly.  The shoulder joint's socket is highly unstable and shallow, hence the labrum (which is just a cartilage) acts as padding around the socket to sink it deeper towards the upper arm.  

 

Pasztor had labrum surgery early last year, missed most of OTAs and minicamp and still came back and played in preseason, then broke his hand.

 

We continually reference the injury woes of Joeckel.  Pasztor deserves the same consideration, if not moreso.  Let's see what hopefully a FULL offseason of rehab does to help his cause.  He may not be all world, but he showed glimpses that warrants one to wonder how he would have progressed without these setbacks.
