Not that Agholor or Lockett or Dorsett or whoever would necessarily be a bad pick on day 2 because I like most of them fine (I do NOT like Ty Montgomery), but I don't think Dave thinks it's nearly as huge of a need as it is being made out to be on here or especially by the beat guys. 

 

I disagree that the emphasis was on veteran.  If "veteran" was what mattered, they could've just re-signed Cecil Shorts.  

Cobb is like 25 years old so he's still a very young veteran.  He was targeted because he's very good and because he's young, not because he's a veteran IMO.

 

I wouldn't go with Lockett or Dorsett because they are too short for my liking (yes - to me that matters).  If those two just lose half a step by year 2 or 3, they will be pretty much useless.
