In fact, I think it's a stretch that Fowler will average 6.5 sacks/year for anyone. I see him as a solid 3-4 OLB that gets 70 tackles and 5-7 sacks/year. I don't see him as a 3-4 OLB or LEO that can even sniff 15+ sacks in a year.
