I disagree I dont think every veteran player benefits young players with his presence (Holt), except when that player is a natural teacher (coach).

I think Jennings is equal to Hurns and at least Hurns was a rookie whom has time to learn and improve while this is probably Greg's last year (if the Jaguars sign him and if not he'll probably go unsigned).
