That goes without saying. But the way you put your previous response, you weren't talking about Dave. You phrased it as your opinion. I countered with mine.

The fact that there is so much uncertainty in the top of this draft leads me to believe that the players in the top 10-15 are much closer than you think. Even Dave has openly talked about the possibility of trading back, even more than in years past (a comment he specifically volunteered) further reinforces my belief.

It all depends on the two QBs. If one of them is there at #3, I'd be very surprised if the Jaguars pass and stay put rather than trading back to get more value.
