Cox had a few good games in 2011, between his injuries, with the Ravens game being his best. I'd say McCray looked special covering Dez Bryant, just to pick one game, and I don't remember McCray having a bad game last year. 
I was skeptical of the praise for McCray after the 2013 season. In 2014 he made me a believer. He was rated highly by PFF, and while their ratings at some positions are questionable (LB and S being the worst), it's usually because they can only guess at assignments. With CB it's pretty easy to figure out the assignments.

 

McCray or Telvin Smith for best Caldwell pick so far. Joeckel is the worst so far, with Cyprien and Sanders in contention. Of course this could all change after this season, and I hope it does for Joeckel.
 Ultimately, Bortles could easily end up as either the best or the worst.
