Exactly.  The only people that think he is 100% innocent are the die hard FSU fans. 

 

It's easy to review the statistics about rape and see how hard it is to prove it.  Nobody knows whether it was consensual or not.

 

She's only sueing for 15k.  I'm shocked its not a lot more.
