Don't really know enough or care to read into the UVA situation...


As for this case at this juncture is extremely premature to call a possible victim Trash...


He wasn't tried and found not guilty...he wasn't tried because of lack of evidence. Now we can ASSUME there is no evidence because it's a false accusation or we could ASSUME that there was no evidence because of the bang up job TPD did with its investigation.


Maybe it's because I have a daughter but people with 0 insight into a case (using UVA Rolling Stone report to show reporting isn't always the facts then saying reports are how they are in the know) calling the possible victim trash over wanting justice for being raped is stupid.
