Regarding what you touched on in terms of coaching,  one of my concerns is that despite Stanford using a Pro Style Offense and HC David Shaw having an NFL background,  Andrus Peat is still too inconsistent.    Like you mentioned,  the talent/ physical ability is there.  However,  this is a situation in which the player probably should have stayed in school another season.    I'm saying this even though I'm currently projecting him to the St. Louis Rams with pick # 10.    

 

Moving forward,  Andrus Peat needs an Offensive Line Coach that not only can help him continue to improve technically,  he needs someone who will push the right buttons with Peat.   With the other 3 Offensive Tackles in this discussion,   I'm confident that they will have the focus and drive to play close to their potential if they can remain relatively healthy.
