Monroe trade is quietly looking better.....shhhh......

I think we may be overrating our guys quite a bit. Monroe was a pretty good LT, and had some stretches where he was VERY good for a while, but was inconsistent.
This year he regressed, and he seems to be doing just "OK" for Baltimore. The value of a player is determined by a number of things, including the contract that he has. A guy that's basically a 12-game rental will not be "worth" as much as the same player with 2 years left on his contract.
