That's a type of player that Bill Belichick and Tom Brady look for in their Offense.   On paper,  it seems like a natural fit.    The added value on Special Teams is more than enough of a reason for Belichick to draft Tyler Lockett.   Even as a rookie in what is a complex Offense to learn,  I think Lockett would be a major part of their Offense.
