He was a bust a long time ago and the franchise probably just trying to save face by dragging it out.

Even if he came back he probably isnt in football shape and wont play as well as people hope for...

Amari Cooper very well might be the Jaguars 3rd overall pick to ensure that the team has a true #1 WR and weapon for the young devolping QB Bortles.

Gil said on NFLN that he feels Cooper will be the 3rd overall pick no matter what.
