Tim Deegan arrested on DUI charge

Now understand that Deegan is a kook and should be showing some respect in this environment. Dude paddles over to Deegan and female dog slaps him in the surf. Deegan went in and did not say or do anything. It was quite funny. Ever since then I have laughed basically every time I have seen him. Hilarious !! |
