I like Harold but it just depends on whether the team decides to go RB at 36. I've been reading that there could be a run on them at the top of round 2. If they have a guy in mind who fits at 36, it may be risky to pass him up. So I think an OTTO will be added in the mid-late rounds. Especially with Skuta in the fold for now.

 

Davis Tull, Markus Golden, Kyle Emmanuel Deiontrez Mount... the list goes on. These guys can all be had in rounds 4-7.
