Lacy from all appearances looks like a special player, If the Packers can rally the troops and stay competitive (make the playoffs) until Rogers makes it back, it very well could elevate them to another level as a team.

 

I wouldn't count them out. I look forward to watching how the team responds to the adversity of losing their best player. I have a hunch they will do better than most would suspect. We will see.

 

I know Green Bay can still make a run for the playoffs, but without knowing how long #12 will be out I am worried it will be much harder to do that in a very tough division. I  can't wait for Randall Cobb to get off IR (they said eight weeks before he can practice IIRC). Hopefully by then Clay Matthews will be back too.

 

Eddie Lacy is the favorite to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award. That is saying a lot about someone who was supposed to be the backup to DuJuan Harris.
