Its no "coincidence" that the Jags HAVE been able to do a pretty good job developing WR's over the past several years....Shorts, Blackmon, and even seeing positive things out of guys like Mike Brown and Steven Burton....gee, funny how that happens when you have a guy like Jerry Sullivan as the WR coach who is definitely well regarded as a very good WR coach. 

 

The Jags have had crap at DL coach, OL coach, LB coach (yes Duffner sucks), OC, DC, among other assitant coaching positions for years now. Its as big a problem as the poor drafting. 
 

 

Duffner doesn't suck...he just been stuck with some of the worst talent at LB. Poz is doing a tremendous job, but the rest of these guys including Allen are mostly undrafted or very late round scrubs. I do agree with the rest of these positions, however. Clearly the OLs and DLs aren't getting the job done, and there's some big names on both sides too. But it's really the OC and DC. I believe strongly that Gus Bradley is the guy to lead this team, but really who in the world are these coordinators. I mean, talk about scrubs. These two are absolute nobodies thrown into high level positions just because they know Bradley. What this team needs is legitimate NFL coordinators.
