He went from QB coach in 2012 with the Jags (we all know how that turned out), to offensive coordinator for the Raiders on 2013-2014. After 2 dismal seasons with the Raiders, he comes back to JAX with a promotion. I hope that he has it together. I'm so ready to start seeing us win some games. |
