Thoughts on this? Personally, if the guy is going to destroy someone elses property, I think he should be able to prove a) how hot it was, b) how long the dog owner was away from her car. If I leave my dog in my car for 10 min on a 75 degree day, it shouldn't give Joe Blow free reign to smash out my car windows. It's it is longer and/or hotter, then it starts becoming more logical, but no definitive time/temperatures have been reported (to my knowledge). We show less advertisements to registered users.
