We all now we can practice free speech. Even the vast majority of Muslims living here know it, and the vast majority of them would not attack anyone doing what was done in Texas.

 

So they incited irrational people. I hope they don't break a bone patting themselves on their backs.

 

At some point, you have to look them in the eyes and tell them you wont back down. I don't know how submitting to these radicals can be interpreted as a victory. These are not "irrational" people; these are terrorists that want to kill YOU. This art gallery wont provoke the person you described in your post.

 

While you see this as someone that provokes another's action, I see this as someone that did something that is necessary to remind everyone that we wont have these freedoms taken away... even if they're senseless and sometimes stupid. 

 

Two terrorists are dead, and there are two fewer people in this world capable of harming anyone else.
