It doesn't change the reality that Ace has a tough row to hoe. It just means he seems committed to fighting for a spot.


Really - I only posted it because I found it funny that this thread was started with obvious vitriol toward a fourth rounder - and now that player was ironically singled out by the HC for his 'hustle.'

 

The first part of the battle is showing up and doing so with the right attitude.  There have been some on-field activities for the veterans that are not technically practices, but there's enough going on there for him to get some sort of notice from the coaching staff.  I don't see why this is a bad thing, but apparently it really bothers some folks who have him cut already.
