You kinda sound like you were in the closet with a camcorder recording the acts.. If so, go to the police with the evidence.. Until then, your judgement is just opinion and not fact..
 

 

You're one of the main people here saying he's innocent and you just said he's "innocent" because of lack of evidence and a botched investigation.

 

You do understand that doesn't mean he's innocent, right?
