Completely agree.  This team is in a VERY different place from when Caldwell took over.  You have to hit on the majority of your draft picks, but for the most part, I think that's been the case.  The team isn't as bereft of talent as it was even a year or two ago, and the best part is the majority of that talent is young, so when the team does turn the corner, it's going to be a sustainable ascent.
