Jaguars Led the NFL in Broken Tackles Allowed Last Season

#19

Quote:I watched every single snap of Jaguar football last year.   The team was horrific in tackling most games.  Cyprien to me stood out.  I often times would see a runner coming at him and he would either Jump at thin air or get his hands on the runner only to be dragged and ran over.   The biggest worry is Impact hits.(hits behind the LOS or a big hit)  I count maybe 3 all year on his part.

Marks was the only constant player on defense last year.  Clemons often vanished while Telvin became better much latter.

To be "fair" to Clemons, he's always been a pass rush only DE. He's never been good in run support and has made a career out of being able to get to the QB. Now, that he's older his quickness had diminished a bit.

ABOUT US
The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
