More misinformation. 

 

1.) The investigators had the phonesof both Mr. McNally and Mr.Jastremski, which included all of their text messages BEFORE they interviewed the two of them for an ENTIREDAY with FOUR LAWYERS! 

 

2.) The term DEFLATOR was used in ONE TEXT... ONE.  And in another text, McNally used the phrase "Maybe I should deflate and give that jacket to someone else."  Referring to, you guessed it, loosing weight.  but that text that provided CONTEXT was omitted from the Wells report. 

 

3.) Even with all of the text messages from the two men they were only able to find a handful that were close to being relevant, and don't take into account the context of time.  IF this was a vast ongoing conspiracy don't you think it would have come up more directly than 10-12 ambiguous text messages?

 

4.) they were unable to find any electronic communications from Tom Brady!  They had all the text messages of the only two other people involved in the alleged conspiracy and they couldn't find ANY from Tom Brady and didn't have any evidence or witness that referenced a text or communication that was deleted from either the device of Mr. Jastremski or Mr. McNally. 

 

5.) the request for McNally's second interview and tom brady's electronic communication came AFTER they had all the texts from both attendants and they had already talked to McNally for an entire DAY with FOUR LAWYERS! 

 

Finally and in summation, the whole deal about non cooperation is B.S. because they didn't have concrete evidence that the balls were tampered with in the first place.  You can keep repeating the talking points against the pats all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that no one can prove that the balls were tampered with

 

More importantly, we DO KNOW that the league INTENTIONALLY LEAKED false information about the PSI READINGS at half-time to make it look more likely that balls were manipulated (Most people think we are talking about a "couple pounds" of psi when in reality the alleged infractions is between 1/2 and 3/4 of a pound which incidentally is within the margin of error exhibited between the two gauges in question).  We do know that the league over looked blatant recorded repeat violations by the Indianapolis colts of the same rule about integrity of the footballs.  We do know that as soon as they got to a Colt's football that was on the borderline on one gauge and low on the second gauge they STOPPED MEASURING FOOTBALLS.
