He was a new level of bad last year. I don't know what to call it, but even at a backup position I don't feel comfortable with him stepping in for any amount of time. I've almost forgotten if I'm supposed to feel that way about a backup quarterback or not.

 

I guess I should reserve my judgement for this preseason but he is certainly capable of better play than what he displayed last year, all things considered. The scenario of him coming into the game for Bortles and continuing to play like that scares me.
