As of now, I think the biggest needs are MLB, DE, and FS.  Poz should have been a priority, but from what I've read linebacker was a very weak spot in the draft this year.  DE because of a certain guy's injury leaving Clemons as the best option other than Ryan Davis (who is more of a situation guy right now).  FS shouldn't need to be explained.  They tried to address DE and FS in the draft and free agency so I can't really blame Caldwell for those.
