The Miami Dolphins are projected to be 17 mil over the cap after spending huge money on Suh in FA and extending Tannehill. They are without question in "win now" mode because if they don't a full cleaning of the house should be expected. From the front office, to the coaching staff, to a major purging of the roster.

The Jets are projected to be 7 mil over the cap after revamping their secondary by signing Revis, Cromartie and Skrine in FA. Muhammad Wilkerson is due for a new contract as well and their cap situation along with drafting Leonard Williams may lead to him testing the FA market.

The Bills are projected to be 3 mil over the cap after wheeling and dealing this offseason, most notably trading and extending a new contract for Shady McCoy and re-signing Jerry Hughes to a nice payday. That's not good news for a new head coach trying to put his stamp on the team.

New Orleans are projected to be 1.8 mil over the cap and had to dump major talent this year just to get into cap compliance. Without question they are a team headed towards a massive rebuild and are trending downwards.

Honorable mention goes towards the Chip Kelly lead Eagles. They are projected to squeeze under the cap at 344k. That's contributed to an offseason highlighted by trading away one overpaid RB to sign 2 overpaid RBs as replacements. Good thing Chip didn't trade away all of his draft picks this year because they will be behind the 8 ball come next year's free agency period.

The Jags should be sitting pretty next year projected at 27 million under the cap and with no "cap damaging" free agents to re-sign. Ryan Davis, Austin Pasztor, Mercedes Lewis, and Stephen Wisniewski leads the FA list.
