I went to Forrest and Randolph on the north side. We used to live near Collins off blanding. My parents. Now live behind the WALMART in 103rd near blanding by a few blocks. I think the school near them is Jeb Stuart? It always seemed safe to me. Maybe it is the area just odd I never hear anything even with her in the PD's office downtown.
