At what point do people say enough is enough?

Quote:I went to Forrest and Randolph on the north side. We used to live near Collins off blanding. My parents. Now live behind the WALMART in 103rd near blanding by a few blocks. I think the school near them is Jeb Stuart? It always seemed safe to me. Maybe it is the area just odd I never hear anything even with her in the PD's office downtown.

I grew up on the westside in that same area, and went to Forrest too, and you couldn't pay me to live over there now either. The random shootings and murders you hear about on the news in and around the 103rd street area are scary and depressing. There are still pocket areas that are still not so bad, but those are getting smaller and smaller every day...
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
