I know Indian Trails very well. I grew up in Chimney Lakes. Which when we moved there (early 90's) was considered the "nice part" of Argyle. It's aged like most neighborhoods, poorly. My parents still live there but for the most part, the houses cycle through occupants pretty quickly. Some military families but a lot of foreclosures and rentals. Not ideal living.
