Every report I've seen about the Eagles looking to trade him came out before the draft. They were trying to get another 2nd round pick so they could bundle that to move up enough to get Mariota. It didn't happen.

I'm not saying they wouldn't entertain trade offers for him today, but I don't think their price tag is going to drop to the point where he's going to be a reasonable option, especially since he's in a contract year. Most reports tag him as the odd man out in the Eagles LB corps. Most teams would recognize this and sit on their draft picks in anticipation that he'll wind up being released at some point. Then I think the Jags would pursue him. Not before. Caldwell values his draft picks too much.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
