The point is if he hits the waiver wire we have no chance at him. Should a 5th or 6th round pick be considered if it's guaranteed you're getting him?

First off, I made a mistake in my post. Meant to say offer the Eagles a conditional seven.

Second, no. I think you're dramatically overestimating Kendricks' ability and the market for his services. He's not the type of player you'll see a bidding war for.
