The same JACKASS, that would go to the Ravens after gibing a giant middle finger to us, MOOCH off of the best defense ever prior to our bowl run, and then turn around saying it was OUR FAULT that he never got a ring, calling us archaic, when it was HE who injured his leg prior to '99 and thus could not be here for our Champiionship game with the Rams. WHICH by the way, was some of the worst called football in history, spawning a rule made in OUR favor, AFTER THE FACT, on what is and isn't a catch! AFTER THE FACT! 

 

Oh, and speaking of QB's? Yknow who else we had? STEVE YOUNG! That's right, THAT Steve Young! What did he do? Go to SF and sh*t on all of us by suddenly becoming elite!

Even when GRUDEN came, we were old and broken. Sapp, Brooks, Lynch, Barber, All of them a slowly setting sun. Yes, we hired Gruden. YES we won it all! YES we have a trophy while you don't--but ya know what it got us? NOTHING! The greatest D of all time was thereafter WASTED with year, upon year, upon year, upon  YEAR, UPON YEAR, UPON YEAR of TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE drafts! Just a little footnote by the way? We never had a QB durring any of this! We had such polished turds as CHRIS SIMMS! JEFF GARCIA! BRIAN GREISE! BRUCE GRADKOWSKI! - Hell, the only half decent one we EVER had was Brad Johnson, and he was no more than average! Just good enough not to screw things up. THEN we get ROBBED vs. the Colts the following year! What the hell is "LEAPING", 'Doc?! Even if it's a rule, have you ever heard it called before? No? How 'bout EVER AGAIN?! I sure haven't!

 

YOU have also had ownership that gives a rats behind (Regardless of whether you know it or not.) The Glazer family sold us out after they bought Manchester United, and you know what happened? Blackouts, no free agent spending, no stadium upkeep--WHICH YOU ARE GETTING--and it was US that did the London [BAD WORD REMOVED] YEARS before you made the commitment, pal! We know that song and dance! Relocation? PAH! You've gotten the least of ir compared to what we got in 2009 when we were losing! People were jumping ship so bad there were those that WANTED us to move to LA! Just to stop the bleeding!

 

While we're at it, you know what made '09 WORSE? We let Derrick Brooks go when the house was cleaned for no reason. Tampa's favorite player arguably. The cornerstone of everything we had ever became, just up and cut. Of course, this was all going to be fixed in the '09 draft, they said! Oh yeah! A draft in which NONE ARE LEFT from, just like you. 

 

Oh, sure, we THOUGHT Freeman was going to be the answer in 2010, but that was ruined thanks to a [BAD WORD REMOVED] call against the Lions that dashed our playoff hopes. A call which the NFL PERSONALLY SAID was [BAD WORD REMOVED], and issued us an apology...again, AFTER THE FACT! Since then I've had to watch Freeman and these conservative coaches RUIN his psyche and witness his career float in the toilet until it was finally flushed, years too late!

 

That brings me to Schiano. That man BLATANTLY lied to us. He promised us that our fan base would be mended. He said we would cut the cancer from the locke room and establish "Trust, Belief and Accountability" - "TBA" he called it. Then we cut Aqib Talib and K. Winslow Jr....FOR THEM TO GO ON TO THE PATS AND JETS AND REKINDLE THEIR CARREERS! We have been stomped on by the media for the past two seasons because of that man for one decision or another he's made. Even acquiring VJ, Carl Nicks, and DARREL FREAKIN' REVIS isn't enough to help this team! You know why? WE DON'T HAVE A QB! Glennon is winless as a starter with the worst YPA in the league I believe. We have an empty stadium just like you as well. Talk about SCOREBOARDS?! We're still using a rinky-dink one that may as well be from the 1980's! You laugh at it, and I do too occasionally, but at least your scoreboard will  DO THE JOB! Ours is terrible! You're getting a nice shiney stadium while we can't even have fans to keep us cool in the blistering heat!

 

There's one thing I always tell everyone and that is this: I am PROUD to be a Bucs fan, and I'd rather come from the bottom and see the rise to the top than be a [BAD WORD REMOVED] Patriots fan, who sees YEAR AFTER YEAR of wins coming out of his team's [BAD WORD REMOVED] left and right and only gets to moan if they lose their millionth SUPERBOWL!!! God forbid teams like ours even make it to the playoffs! Ungrateful SWINES those successful teams are, never appreciating what they have! The Kansas City Chiefs have the league by the NADS right now, and you know what? They STILL [BAD WORD REMOVED] and moan "Wahhhh, Alex Smith isn't breaking records! The season is doomed with him at QB! We are soooo doomed at NINE AND 0!" You know what? SCREW 'EM! They aren't like you and I, or even the Browns. OUR teams know the meaning of pain. WE are the true fans. The ones that actually know what that damn Superbowl even MEANS to have under your belt! We're the ones that moment is meant for!!

 

I respect you, Doctor, and your Jags. NO ONE knows your pain like we do and by God, if we were to EVER meet in the Super Bowl I would consider it the greatest day in Florida sports history. I hope you FIND that QB, 'Doc! I hope you find him this year and you make the entire AFC your biotch! Just NOT at our expense...

 

We both deserve this pick, honestly...but only one can have it, and brother? All of Tampa needs it to be us just as bad as you need it to be you.

At least your Buccaneers have won a Super Bowl.  We're the only Florida team to not have.  Our best season was a 1999 run where we were ruined by our divisional rival (and they got there by a ridiculous play that should never have happened in a million years) and then got taken into Salary Cap Hell.  Oh yes!  We may have started out fine.  Made the AFC Championship game in just our second year.  But even then our team did not have an ounce of respect.  Not an ounce, Beatles.  So while your team was terrible in it's first two years and didn't get respect, our team was good and didn't get it.  

 

You want to complain about Glennon's YPA?  In Gabbert's first year it was a full yard behind Glennon's YPA.  And that's our Quarterback.  The one we picked in the Top 10 -- that we traded a 2nd to move up for.  The one who was supposed to be our answer to our Quarterback woes.  In the same year David Garrard was released due to injury and we were left with Luke The Clown (you may know him from his days in Tampa).  Meaning that we've always been taking Florida Reject Quarterbacks... and Blaine Freakin' Gabbert.  (Since Henne was released from miami)


Since the Brunell era (which was several years ago) we've gone from Leftwich to Garrard to McCown to Gabbert to Henne.  It's been a merry-go-round of the can't-cut-it-crew.  And for all your blackouts... for all your attendance issues, you don't have to deal with other people telling you your team should SIGN TEBOW!  No, that's reserved for the Jaguars.  People joke about us because we have tarps in our stadium.  Because we can't fill it up.  When people say that a team has no fans, they refer more to the Jaguars than they do the Buccaneers.  

 

You guys at least have a defense that can keep you in games.  You aren't getting blown out by 10 points every week.  You can handle another year of Glennon to get a franchise Quarterback.  In the meantime Clowney will boost your defense.  And who knows?  Maybe Glennon will improve.  I wouldn't count on it at this point, but he isn't worse than Henne and Gabbert.  Glennon's YPA has at least been improving.  At least he isn't struggling to get 200 yards per game like Blaine Gabbert was.  


Clowney will be a fine consolation prize for your team.  You can then get Winston or whatever other QB comes out next year and you'll probably rise high.  But this team can't take another year of Gabbert/Henne.  This team needs Bridgewater.  We're constantly getting blown out.  We have no offense, no defense, the only thing we have is a punter.
