i posted something about them on the previous page... i prefer the the molten or the natural colored shrimp personally... normally use a 1/8 ounce jig head and just slow bump them across the bottom... go up to 1/4 ounce jig if the current or wind is rough... ive actually had alot of luck with chartreuse colored jigs if the water is really dirty, but generally use a molten gulp shrimp on a gold jighead... caught reds trout flounder blackdrum, pretty much everything inshore on those

 

one thing to remember with gulp is never leave them on your hook when you are done. they are something like 70% liquid so the shrivle and harden on your jigheads in a matter of hours.
