I respect The Anchorman and his points of view, even though I don't agree with much of it.  He does provide spirited debate during the discussions that we have on this forum.  I have no reason to disbelieve him regarding the research and doing the study.

 

That being said, I was hoping to read a report on the subject at hand.  I would like to know how cases of fraud were known/reported.  My gut feeling is that the actual number is higher than 5% because there is surely fraud that happens that never gets caught and/or reported.
