Something that I've noticed and was discussing with my wife this morning.  All three have a couple of things in common.

 

1.  All three are sons of immigrants and have a deep appreciation for the opportunity that this country provides.

2.  All three seem to place their focus on the future, and want to solve some of the most immediate problems that really matter (in my opinion).  Immigration, the economy and foreign policy are the most important issues at hand in my opinion.  Also, education is brought into the mix, and I can see where that is an important issue as well.  This is an interesting interview that Marco Rubio did on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

 

One other thing that is common to my top three is the fact that they are all young, and none of them are "establishment" candidates.

 

What is amazing to me is, contrast their speeches and interviews with Hillary's speech announcing her candidacy (she seems to be very reluctant to conduct interviews).  How anyone could be a Hillary supporter is beyond me.

 

 

   Regarding Hillary,  we are in complete agreement.   She will do anything to get elected and maximize her power.    As much as I oppose Liberalism in general,   there are some Democrat candidates that I believe have convictions and wouldn't compromise them the way that Hilliary does.  

 

  I was heavily promoting Marco Rubio in 2012 and for a while after he was elected.   While I would still vote for Rubio and currently consider him my 6th choice,    I have been at least somewhat disappointed in him.    It's probably a combination of Rubio not being as Conservative as I prefer ( and thought he was ) and him not going the extra mile to fight when he strongly disagrees with something.   Ted Cruz and Scott Walker are the types that I want on my side in the heat of battle.   Bobby Jindal might fit that category as well but at this time I'm not sure.
