The Walmart employee probably had no idea what the flag was. That's not to excuse the action; if they're going to ban the Confederate flag from cakes, the IS flag should also be taboo, but let's not act like the cake decorator had any kind of evil agenda here. The Confederate flag is a symbol recognized by virtually all Americans. The IS flag is a symbol recognized by very, very few in comparison, and Walmart probably didn't even consider the possibility that some blogger with an agenda would come in and ask to have the IS flag printed on a cake.
