  Responding to what both you and oface5446 expressed,   the ISIS flag cake wouldn't be sold if Walmart's upper corporate management made it a policy not to sell any ISIS related products.  As of now,  they haven't.    I'm not blaming the workers in the Walmart stores.   This is an upper corporate management issue.
