1. The Barlow muff is a good choice. If the Jagaurs win that game they probably win the Superbowl and Coughlin might still be here now. Aside from that I'd change the last game of the 2011 season allowing the colts to win and depriving them of Andrew Luck. I know there might not be one play to point out for it, but just that change in the draft order would realistically put the Jaguars in contention to win the division this season and every season looking into the next decade. Thanks to that useless win the Jaguars get to deal with Andrew Luck for the next 10+ years.

 

Oh, after some thought it also occurred to me that maybe getting holding called on that long run in the 07 playoffs by Garrard might be good, too. If that happens then Garrard probably doesn't get a big contract because he's thought of as the guy that couldn't hold a big lead and disintegrated throwing INTs, Shack probably doesn't trade away the whole '08 draft chasing the pass rush dragon, and the Jaguars probably would have gotten through their 7 season funk already.

The Tacks rivalry play doesn't exist for me. Until the Jaguars do something sufficiently painful to them to make up for 99' then we still owe them a big one. Destroying the shoulder of their QB on a sack if they ever get a real blue chip prospect would probably be about what it would take to pay them back properly.

The most memorable play against the texans to me is when Jacoby Jones dropped the ball on his way into the end zone because he was celebrating early and it ended up a touchback for the Jaguars. I think that play pretty well encapsulates the texans and the entirety of their fanbase in general. Unwarranted celebration when they really have little to celebrate.

3. Favorite play was probably Means' first TD against the Bills in the 96 playoffs when he bounced off the pile and ran as hard as he could to get the TD. That was the moment I knew the Jaguars really had a chance.

 

4. Taylor's best play was against the Dolphins in the 99 playoffs when he took a screen pass and juked out or ran over pretty much every player on the dolphins defense for a TD.

Jimmy Smith's best play was catching the hail mary TD at the end of the half against the Patriots in 96 after it bounced off McCardell. Jaguars lost the game, but that was a memorable play from a guy who wasn't really known at that point.

Brunell's most memorable play was throwing the INT at the end of the first titans game in 99. That was pretty much how I remember him now, a guy that played some good games, but always came up short against the tacks.

MJD's most memorable play was above when he threw off the defender on his back against the colts.

 

5. That river city relay was awesome, especially the color guy's shriek of horror after the extra point miss. I'll never forget that.
