At any rate, I'm thinking you'd have to have an even number of games in order for each team to have the same amount of home games meaning it would have to be 18 and not just one more game.
Just about wherever there's an NFL-sized stadium that Rog thinks he can fill, even China.

 

18 games is coming. 17 games won't happen for the exact reason you stated. Some teams would have 9 home games, others would have 8.
