There are three ways women can rape men

I should have been more clear. I'm talking exclusively about an adult female against an adult male. In most States, mine in particular, a woman can't be charged with rape unless she helps a man rape a woman. 

 

The code section (for my State) reads, "...rape occurs when there is any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ."

 

In as many States as I can recall, rape is exclusive to wording that implies a man must have sex with a woman for it to be rape or that a woman's sexual organs must be violated. Cases where a woman does something as you described, it will often be titled under a sexual battery or sexual assault--not rape. wrong_box, it appears as though those comments are opinions. While the first one is true, the second and third don't fit any State law that I'm aware.

 

There may even be a few that do, but I don't know about them. The point, however, was that there are situations where a woman wouldn't be charged with rape.
