I have no clue if people are born gay or straight and it doesn't matter. You are defending discrimination laws for ethnicity but then saying it shouldn't extend to other groups because of your religious beliefs.


Here's the shocker me and you probably share the same beliefs. However I don't support imposing those beliefs on anyone through legislation of the state.


That's why discrimination laws ALL of them are unjust. To make my point you have a problem with homosexuality due to your belief system so you should reserve the right to refuse service or association with them if you choose. I support that, and for that SAME reason you have to recognize others might hold the same beliefs about race or gender or whatever. If I'm going to expect my belief system to allow me to refuse service or association I have to grant that same right to others no matter how offensive I find it. Otherwise what is the basis for who's beliefs are protected and who's are not?
