This mindset that profiling is bad is just another example of how political correctness paralyzes national security. 

 

Personally, I'd rather offend someone for profiling than allow someone in because I'm afraid to offend them only to find out later that they went on a shooting rampage and killed 4 Marines, a sailor, and shot another cop in waging their own personal jihad.
