What if the Fowler injury was/is fate...?

I'm gonna go off topic, but that ship appears to have sailed anyway so I don't feel too bad.
My biggest thought on the Fowler injury is that it puts a bit more of a spotlight on Andre Branch. He's coming up on contract time soon, and he's shown a flash here and there. His play time likely went up when Fowler went down, although I'm sure the original plan was for them to be on the field together quite often. If he stays healthy and finally figures the game out, look out for the Jags D in 2016. I feel like I've been saying "Look out for the Jags .... In 20.." for a while now, but hopefully I hit for once this decade. Ok, back to whatever the hell you guys are talking about. |
