1.) Mike Sam? attract the gay/lesbian community?

2.) Hire a female coordinator of some sort? Attract the female audience? The San Antonio Spurs got a lot of good PR hiring their female assistant.

 

Any other ideas? The only way for the Jags to stay is a growth of fan base. Eventually the stadium lease will end and Shad will be pressured to move the team and be offered a lot of money to either sell or move. So the question stands how do the Jaguars grow the fan base and rejuvenate the team/city?
 

- "Hey Michael, we don't think you can play but we'd love to bring you in because you're gay." -  I'm sure that would go over well.

- Please give us a list of qualified female coaches that would be a good fit.
