98 on the mortgage brokers exam in the state of florida...  what about you?

 

1.) if you create a program that doesn't really take into account conventional appraisals of credit worthiness then its possible to qualify anyone, just ask the subprime lenders.  Then the greater question becomes is it good for the country to build another housing bubble and 07-09 should teach us that the answer is no. 

 

2.) It is possible that if you have an inordinate down payment and an inordinate income that you could find a lender to back you but in that case then it would be hard to show that a person that well financed would be put in a true hardship and the total inability to buy a home when they can just self finance.
