Why did he say that he destroys his cell phone every 8 months only to destroy this one at 4 months knowing the investigation was coming?  Further to this, why did he have an older cell phone that he didn't destroy?

 

Too many inconsistencies.  With or without that phone, he was done.

 

I don't know but I can make up answers.  

 

"Deflator" is just a word, it means just taking air out of the football, but it doesn't mean deflating it to below accepted levels.  I think balls originally come at a PSI higher than 12.5, so if Tommy likes 12.5 they would have to deflate every new ball that comes in.  Hence the word "deflator".  Or you can just go with the ball boy's explanation.  

 

As for the private meeting, maybe he just forgot what they were talking about.

 

As far as destroying his cell phone, maybe he just thought that cell phone had more sensitive information on it than the others.  

 

Or maybe he was conspiring to deflate the footballs.  I don't know.  You can speculate either way.

 

I would agree that there are inconsistencies with Tom Brady's story.  But there a massive gaping holes on the other side.  If Tom Brady admitted to the findings of the Well's report, he doesn't even admit to anything.  He's a free man, because the Wells report doesn't actually accuse anybody of doing anything.  It doesn't even clearly prove that a crime even occurred.
