Tony Boselli has not only been the spearhead in keeping the Jaguars in Jacksonville, but he's arguably one of the greatest LTs to ever play the game.
 

Davis was red hot during multiple super bowl runs.  Boselli doesn't have that on his resume.  If he continues his off the field work for football, I think he gets in eventually.
