I'd like to know how we got to contributing to a political campaign = corruption - as well. Of course corruption exists, but to just say that the government ought to regulate political speech not only would be a tremendous advantage to incumbents but would give the political class a great amount of power to pick winners and losers.

 

And to think Trump is somehow a great example - a well known blowhard who exaggerates all kinds of stuff - is silly. Yeah, lets but limits on the Bill of Rights because of something D. Trump implied in a "debate".

 

So who did Trump buy and what did he get?
